Bio-Converted Reb M 95% is a premium-tasting glycoside derived from the Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) plant. This non-GMO, sustainable sweetener is produced through an innovative bioconversion process that transforms minor leaf glycosides into Reb M, delivering a clean, superior sweetness profile ideal for a wide range of food and beverage applications.
Reb M is recognized for its exceptional taste and is 230-450 times sweeter than sucrose and 20-30% sweeter than Reb A. This enhanced sweetness allows for lower usage rates, providing both cost savings and a more natural sugar-like experience. Reb M stands out for its minimal astringency, bitterness, and other off-tastes, making it a preferred choice for clean‐label formulations.
Available in granular format, Reb M is freely soluble in water and performs reliably across various formulations.
