With more than 20 years of experience in international food safety experience, Kerry is responsible for Apura's global quality systems. He is highly sought after by the world's largest food and beverage manufacturers for his expertise in managing international laws and policies for food safety standards, regulatory, and technical application of low- and no-calorie sweeteners. He's a key member of industry associations, including the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), International Society of Beverage Technologists (IBST), Calorie Control Council (CCC), and International Sweetener Association (ISA).

For more than 30 years, Don has been guiding his customers in choosing the right B2B ingredients for their food, beverage, and nutraceutical application needs. A senior level product and sales strategist, Don has represented several world class organizations across multiple food ingredient industries including sweeteners, flavors and extracts, gums and citrus, chemicals and additives, and colors and fragrances. Don currently manages Apura’s sweetener and ingredient portfolio East of the Mississippi and throughout Canada.

Dave is a proven sales and business development expert more than a decade's worth of experience leading sales initiatives in the food, beverage, and specialty ingredients industries. He brings extensive knowledge in the application of sugar, nutritive and nonnutritive sweeteners to B2B consumer food and beverage companies. Dave provides Midwest and West Coast customers with recommendations for sweetener solutions and formulation blends to meet their application requirements.
A senior-level international sourcing expert, Dong brings more than 31 years of experience in global sourcing and logistics solutions, chemical process engineering, and trade compliance initiatives for ingredient and pharmaceutical industries. Dong leads the company’s strategic management of end-to-end global sourcing between Asia-Pacific and North America.
